Survival is the best ATM, due to Lock and Load proc, Expose Weakness, Tactican Master and Explosive Shot combo. Plus you have 2 shots that can disorient/sleep spellcasters. Best PvP talent build for hunters.
Marksmanship is better against spellcasters for PvP with Silencing Shot, especially if you have to deal with healers. Plus, it is better for interruptions and the skill Readiness that cancels all ranged skill CDs.
BM is just useless in this server, cause most of the pets are bugged anyway. It will be a nightmare if I ever see a Draenei hunters have spent talents on BM, as I myself have a Draenei petless hunter. This is caused by the final quest Draenei hunter chain that is bugged.

I love a hunter's shot rotation (for PVE), it sounds so complicated and requires skill. I always wanted to start a hunter as my alt, but with no pets, hunters are useless imo (my respect to all those hunters out there that can survive without pets, I'm too noob with this class). Then I chose a pally (the thing with the seals and wich to choose, sounded challenging and ,yes, the OP part
